Pillai will be leveraging his 25-plus years of banking and payments industry expertise to oversee and lead Signzy’s delivery innovation to provide efficient customer services in his current role. He will be based out of Pune and his appointment is effective immediately.
Prior to joining Signzy, he served as client partner and head of the Pune centre at US-based business and IT transformation company Altimetrik. He led sales, client engagement and Pune centre operations for the firm.
Before that most of his experience was in the banking and payments products domain covering many large projects for leading global financial organisations.
He comes with deep experience in creating and managing delivery teams spread across geographies in service delivery, with P&L ownership. At Signzy, he will primarily be responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer value proposition as a key index at the organisation level. He will also provide leadership guidance to project and customer support teams.
